procedure for opening an NGO

please tell me the formalities required to establihs a NGO in east delhi area.
what all is required for the same.
are there any ristrictions or obligations to be fullfilled before setting up the NGO.

First thing to open an NGO is that yoou must have an object whihc is beneficial to others( say children, aged person and others. once you have identified the object , you will require people who will join hands with you in participation.

Then prepare a trust deed or Society with the above objects and register it.
