Procedure of divorce

Dear Sir my wife is openly admitted in court that she don't want to leave with me even the RcR is decreed in my favour and I have a baby of 4 months and I have false case of 498a and Dv act filled by her.... But can I file divorce petition or what best can be done pls advice

Yes you can filed it.

Defeat the case on merit.

As you had already tried all legal way to cope up with the matter.

Are you Hindu or Muslim, from name it appears you are Muslim.

If so, you can divorce her as per your personal law.

Triple talaq is adequate, valid and legal, if you do not want to continue the relation.
