Proceeding under Doestic Violence act

In DV case,after concluding the proceeding & after judgement,what is the mode to recover the maintanance amount & other expences. for example compansation order u/s 22 of the act.

If the respondent fails to comply with the directions of the order then file an additional application before the same Magistrate u/s 20 of the DV Act whereby the Magistrate can either direct Officer in Charge to implement the order or can direct the employer to deduct the from the salary of the respondent to adjust the arrears.

In maintanance proceeding after the order of maintanance passed,applicant need to file fresh application u/s125(3)for recovery.In DV case Same procedure can adopt & file application u/s20 of said act Am I right Barman Sir?
