whether you want to marry your bhabhi, whether she is divorcee or widow
if yes you can
whether you are going to marry your niece.
No you cannot.

If you mean that the girl is sister's daughter of your Bhabhi (brother wife), you can marry.
Since you do not belong to same religion, either religion of any one need to be changed or marriage is to be done under special marriage Act.

Irrespective of whether the members have understood or not, but it is really a crazy & hazy academic question by a student, as per his profile!
Once his question has been answered he has come forward with a supplementary question, as usually that happens after replies to academic questions.
The question arises, how does he know about sapinda relationship, if not a law student?
