Since an order of status-quo passed by the Court and during the pendency the suit the owner can not let the house.

What was relief sought and granted in the order of stay?

If matter of tenancy was involved then definitely not and if possession of the owner was reserved then there is no harm to rent the property as the possession remains with the owner by way of his tenant.

it appears that adinterim orders were passed for maintenance of status quo in respect of disputed property pending hearing and final disposal of motion .owner cnanot create third party rights in respect of the house

"status quo" is often considered to be a very
weigh term in law capable of several meanings
with reference to context,then without context it can be understood to mean that"let the disputed subject be as it is on the date of suit during pendency of the suit".
