Please let me know how much the stamp duty i have to pay for the flat having value of 3/- lac ?
what is the procedure of registration sale deed & how much total expense incurre including all expense from making stamp paper to lawyers fee?

As per the Gujarat stamp act you will have to pay the stamp duty. You will get the exact amount of stamp duty payable by you with the sub registrar of the taluka.
Registration procedure : You will have to submit the written deed on the stamp paper before the sub registrar both the vendor and vendee along with the witnesses should be present.
Vendor and vendee and wittness should be signed before the registrar and thumb impression of the seller will be taken .
In karnataka every document will be scanned and photos & thumb impression of vendor and vendee will be taken & on the same day regd., deed will be issued to the purchaser.
