Your Father Could make Claim of his Share and it could be Distributed to you by him.Consult A Local Good Advocate with all details and Make Some Good Efforts to get Copy of Documents and EC till date for the Concerned Property from Registrar Office.Even Legal Heir Certificate would be Required and Your Advocate would Guide You.

Your father or your uncle and aunties have no share in the property registered in the name of the brother of your grandmother.
After your grandmother the property in her name would go to all her legal heirs.
