Dear Sir/Madam
On my got property through govt grant and after death of my father property transferred to my name i am only son for my parents.But now my father's brother is asking the property.
So i asking the advice if they went to court they will get favorably not.
please advice

What kind of property it it?
Every legal heir have equal right over the property if it is ancestral property.

From the given facts it seems your uncles have no share in the property, if they approach court oppose the claim on merits. Entrust your case to some expert lawyer.

Where the property is situated? If the property is given by the Govt. then see the instructions mentioned in the proceedings. I think no one has right over that property. that property automatically goes to the Govt. and if you want it again you shall apply for the same.

Go thru the rules associated with grant of land, and relate your case and also transfer of land in your name.
The rules might permit transfer as per succession.
Apparently the brother of your father may not have share.
The rules can provide you clarification on share.
If as per rules brother has NO share, don’t succumb to such pressure.
