I found some bank transaction where my mother account was been operated by my cousin brother,that same cousin brother who took the money for the flat from my mother and then he denied to give the flat after my mother died,the date is mentioned,cheque no and his name mentioned on the cheque,and the amount also was written on the cover of the cheque book,suppose if i want that statement from the year 1990 to 2000 to prove it in court will i get that from the bank,what should i do to get it...please help me because this is related to property matter....

Yes off course you can get it from the banks.

You should file application bank.

file a suit for recovery of money..

The limitation to recover money is 3 years from the last date of confirmation of outstanding. In the given matter, you case is highly belated and moreover it is near to impossible to establish that the amount was given as a loan repayable at certain time with or without interest as nothing in writing of your cousin is available with you except the self written record of issuance of cheque in his name.

It shall be better to take this issue in family meetings and get its solution done thereon otherwise there is no hope of legal solution.
