property on loan and can i purchase the same and installment

a house is on loan from party name and can i buy the same and later the installments will be paid by me and loan will stand on their name untill cleared and after clear the whole amount the house will transfer on my name ....... plz suggest me what should be the procedure and the documents required for this purchase........Shivender K Dabla

You can purchase the property along with the loan transferred in you name and attach such documents at the time of registration.
