Describe the nature of the property and give details as to the reasons for refusal by your brothers with regard to your share. Did your father leave a will or passed away intestate.
Further, you can file a suit for partition.
As for the best advocates you have not stated where you are currently residing and you need not hire the best advocates in India rather hire a good experienced advocate locally.

Dear anonymus,
Firstly get all your property details and file a prescribed application under Registration act to the jurisdictional sub-registrar office/concern authority and you have to be pay the prescribed fees also. Registration act provide you clear option inthis regard. Why you need RTI.
If you dont know the property details, you can do the self search in sub-registrar office under section 57 of Registration Act. Then you file a certified copies of the your property.
Then you can file a partition suit.
Please specify that your property comes under which state/state then i can suggest the best advocates names ok

you apply for the certified copy of the property extracts. If house properties records will be available with CTS office and if agrl., land you will get from the Tahasildar or village accountant of the concerned village or taluk.

No one can sell your share in the property and duplicate documents can be obtained through the office of the registrar.
Every advocate is so competent as you told in your quarry. engage either of them and see the results you require.
