my father my uncle have property partition but unregistered on 1996 after few years my uncle dispose 75% of his part right now he is threatening us to give money otherwise he going to file suit on us. Is that possible after he dispose his part...

Is there any agreement regarding partition. You collect the document of sale. If he files the suit then contest it.

Collect all the documentary proofs, evidences of partition and wait for the suit from your uncle.

They written in two rupees stamp paper my father and my uncle sign on that stamp paper but they are not registered. we have collected certified copy of my uncle property that he already sold. In that certified copy in that my uncle mention that himself and my father have partition on 1996, i have sold my part...
They property was in my grandfather name when my uncle sold me and my father we were not sign.....
My questions if my uncle file suits on us is there chance of winning this case?

Your uncle in the light of given facts, can do nothing against you and he is threatening just for precuring some money from you. Even if the partition was not registered, your uncle did recognise it by his act and conduct by making sale of his maximum share.

Thanks for reply sir. Can you elaborate your answer? I have another query one of the property in my mother name did my uncle have share on that property? If my uncle file suits on us what is the percentage of winning these case?
