Dear Sir
My grand father has 3 acres of land now. That land has partitioned to 3 sons without giving any share to my mother(daughter).That partitioned land has not registered yet but they written on 100/- stamp papers.
my mom was get married in 1975. my question is ...IS MY MOM HAS ANY RIGHT OVER THE PROPERTY..SHALL WE GET THE PARTIONED MEANS 1/4 TH SHARE FROM PROPERTY.
PROPERTY IS SITUATED IN ANDHRAPRADESH. WE ARE ALSO FROM AP.
pLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE SIR.

Your mother is entittle to her share because it is partitioned but not regd., after the death of your grand father succession opens, as such your mother being a legal heir she is entittle for her share.
