my mother and her sisters filed a partition petition against their brother, during summer vacations of this year. Till now we are not able to get any reply regarding this property is under his control only. he sold some property before we filed partition.Head of the family my grand father was missing from 2008. Till now court has not provided any injection order.
Is their any way to stop the using the property form him until the case finalized. Even though we applied for injection order court is not taken up the issue seriously please guide me how to proceed further to stop him using the property.

Pray for injunction once more. If it fails again then apply for appointment of Receiver for management of the suit property.
