Consult a Local Good Senior Advocate and obtain a Stay in Court with Valid Legal Grounds which your Advocate would Advise and Issue an News Paper advt regarding this in Local News Papers.Once the Stay Order is obtained submit to concerned Registrar Office and in mean time A Lawyer Notice could be sent to consent Registrar Office regarding your objections and not to proceed with any Registrations.Consult A Local Good Senior Advocate.

1. Your husband is well within his legal right to dispose of his self-acquired property, you can not interfere/stop.

2. The most you can do, seek stay on the intending sale, which you may succeed for the time being.

3. You can certainly ask/entitled for a "shared household" under the provisions of Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 through a local lawyer.
