mere father ke name sari property hai aur bo use bechna chahte h kya mai is par stay laga sakta hu

It is believed that you are Hindu.

If the property is self acquired/self earned then NO one including you have any forced share in it.

Your father can dispose it in any manner as it pleases to him in his lifetime, including sale.

Instead of antagonizing your father, repair the fractures in relation, if any.

Or inquire from your father if he want to sell for welfare of family and distribute the proceeds.

If the property is in the name of your father, broadly you have no right during his life time. He can sell / gift / mortgage / bequeath a will for his property.
