My grand mother is living at west bangle having 6 sons & 5 daughter and a property in her name which was purchase by my Grand father in the name of his wife. My question is can my grand mother transfer to all property in her one son or grand son. or can any son transfer the property in his name.if possible pl mention the act with section.

The said property becomes absolute property of your grand mother. She can dispose it off as she likes.

some one (of her son) is trying to cheating my grand mother for geting the property in his name becuase she is physicaly unable to handle the situation as her age more than 95 years. so how we can protect her & property. pl. reply
