HI
i am ravindra yadav , my grand father has transfered his MAHADA flat to my name.
and he also provided me NOC from my all uncles regarding same flat ownership change.
but while applying to MAHADA for owner name change the MAHADA officers said that its not possible to transfer owneship from grandfather to grand son .
please let me know whether is there any provision/LAW/rule for the same .or MAHADA officers are just harrashing us to take some money from us.
and also let us document required for ownrship transfer.
I have
agreement between me and my Grand father for which NOTARY is done ,
NOC from my uncles.

I believe your grand father has not done the transfer properly.
Transfer of property is made only through registered deed of sale or gift.
Ask him to get the deed done in that way only.

Unless your grandfather registers a gift or sale deed in your favor paying stamp duty, you can not become owner simply by N.O.Cs.MAHADA officers are NOT just harassing u to take some money from u.

Be sure that 5 years have passed from getting allotment of MHADA flat to your grandfather..if not then you cant sell or rent mhada flat for 5 years after allotment...

If there is any such restraint clause, do consider the same.
