What is the provision of law when a person having no fingers at all want to execute/register a document, wherein LTI is mandatory.
Please suggest judgements, if any by any High Court of any state.

there is no hard and fast rule or law LTI for men or RTI for female its a practice only.But when a person have no finger in both hands.specif icily endorsement could me made like in case of deaf and dump

Please see Section 3(56) of the General Clauses Act and also the comments in Mitra's Legal & Commercial Dictionary against the word "sign". Where a person cannot on account of any disability sign his name any other person under his authority sign his name.(London County Council vs Vitamins Ltd. (1955) 2 All.ER.229.
