punished under act 60 or 60A

Dear sir
I caught by police due to drink at public place. They charged Act 60 or 60A. My friend came to police station.
Next day in court judge charge ₹100 fine on me.
Now I am selected in bank and this is time for police verification.
There is some points in the form
1) Have you ever been fined by court of law? Yes/ No
2) Have you ever been convicted by court of law for any offence? Yes/ No
What should I mention in this?
This incident is done in Jaipur and I am from jhalawar district.
Will Jaipur police inform this to my local police station?
It will effect my joining and other govt jobs.
Please reply sir.

They may inform . Do not take any change. Since the offence is petty do disclose this information which is not going to hamper your prospect of appointment.

If I marked yes and disclose complete incident but what happened if Jaipur police was not informed my local police station.
There is any other way to find out my police record from local police station before marked yes or no.
