Quashing of fir

My wife has filed a false complaint in the police that on 5th Jan, 2013 that

Claiming for the jewelleey, Today morning My husband has locked me in the room and broke my mobile and when i asked her let me go to the office then he allowed me to go to the office. When i reached Metro station around 9 a.m, my husband and my husband parents started beating me. during beating, i got some injuries in my face. Then she left her office. she didnot made any police complaint from the Metro station. After reaching office, she talked her collegues and called the Police around 2 p.m and tell the false story and Police has registered the case and did her MLC around 6 p.m and booked us U/s 323/342/354/34.
On 5th Jan,2013, My wife was taking my parents jewellery by not telling anybody for keeping somewhere outside the home. When i requested to give the recipt of the same, she refused and tell me that if u stop me then i will entangle you and your parents in false cases.When she left for her office, i dialed No. 100 and gave the same statement.Can i go for quashing the FIR in high court

Generally chances of quashing in such remain very less but your parents and other family members can definitely get such relief if the facts of the FIR are routine in nature and no serious allegations are there against them. You shall have to face the trial. If you are of the opinion that there are no specific serious allegations against either of your family members, do file quashing before High Court.
