thank you all for reverting back to me..i would like to mention that now my ex is pressuring me regarding a property matter..there is a property which was purchased in both of our name (joint) it was a cooperative owned by 6 individuals..but now since i am no longer staying with my husband he now wants my NOC or my documents required to register that property..i denied

moreover today morning he stated that he "has taken care " of it..can u state please if it is pssble to go ahead and register the property withut my permssion by any means? if so how?

"it was a cooperative owned by 6 individuals" IS THE EXPRESSION CREATING CONFUSION.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY IT.??

THE PROPERTY YOU JOINTLY OWN WITH SIX INDIVIDUALS INCLUDING YOUR HUSBAND?

OR
THERE WAS A CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY OF 6 MEMBERS WHO SOLD TO YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND?


ANY WAY UNLESS HE PLANS SOME FRAUD it is NOT possible for him to go ahead and register the property without you with respect to your share.However he can sale his share.

You have told a cooperative property jointly owned by you both so your husband alone cannot sell it as threatened.
