sir,
i am graduate in commerce , and want to become a trademark and patent agent sir tell how can i become an agent as earlier as possible

To become a Patent Agent one has to have science background. But you don't have that background.
As regards Trade Mark Agent, you have to make an application to the Regional Registrar of Trade Marks in the prescribed form (TMA-1) in triplicate.
After receipt of the application, if the Registrar considered you to be fit to be registered as Trade Mark Agent, will prescribe a date for written examination and thereafter interview. One has to score 45% marks in written examination and 60% marks in the written interview. For taking up the examination one has to have detailed knowledge of the provisions of the Trade Marks Act, Rules and practice.
