i have an old building just near to national high way.can i construct up stair on this building?because plot area is only under 2 cent .

If building is already existing without objection of NHAI then make construction of upstairs. There shall not be any objection thereto.

Risky, as if road widen, you loose all construction money. For the time being you can construct, but get the plan passed , engaging Architect, make it official, so that you can claim compensation, if goes in road widening. If not, you can enjoy extra area.
