What is your Problem.Is it a Grievance Or Complaint.Whether Advocate should have Office Only In Isolated Islands.

it is not complaint but if lawyer setting up his chamber in same block of family business is it objectionable?
because lawyer can't do business & advocacy both at the same time.

Irrespective of the location, if the advocate is Proprietor/Partner/Director in the family business he cannot continue legal profession and he should get his registration as advocate with the Bar Council cancelled. The point is whether he has any official stake in the business or not. It is not that the location.
