Hi
hello sir i have one small doubt about property share
My friends father has two wife , he is a second wife's son and he has five brothers and sister's and first wife has only one son
how the property will be shared either by splitting the property equally to six children or by splitting the property equally to two wife's
the father and mother were expired and some ten years back the first wife has registered half of the property without the knowledge of second wife so please tell me some suggestions which will be helpful to my friend

second wife has no share in property .on death of husband it would be divided equally between first wife and children of first and second wife .

The second marriage is void pending first but the children born out of second marriage are equally entitled to inherit the property in equal share with the legal heirs born out of first wife.
In the given case, the first wife has done a wrong act. The property shall be equally divided among first wife, her son, every children born out of second marriage in equal share to every individual.
