INTROSPECT ON THIS:
1. U/s 10 & 11 of the "Contract Act", a agreement by a Minor person is null & void ab initio, meaning a minor suo moto is incapable to execute a Agreement.

2. However a Agreement may be duly executed in the Minor's name by the legal guardian and such agreement shall be legally enforceable for all purposes, irrespective of the Dowry Act and the Benami Transaction Act.
