VERY URGENT REPLY PLEASE WILL BE APPRECIATED
THE ELECTRICITY CONNECTION OF WBSEDCL WAS INSTALLED AT THE RESIDENCE OF MY FATHER PRIOR TO HIS DEATH IN 1991. THE BILL IS STILL HIS NAME AND MY MOTHER WANTS TO CHANGE THE SAME IN HER NAME NOW PLS ADVICE IF
1.WHETHER SUCH CHANGE OF NAME BE CAN BE GIVEN EFFECT TO
2. CAN ANY OBJECTION BE RAISED BY THE ABOVE CONCERNED AUTHORITY ? WILL THERE ANY LEGAL CONSEQUENCES IF APPLIED & REFUSAL FOR SUCH FOR CHANGE OF SUCH NAME?, IF SO THEN WHAT WILL BE THE LEGAL REMEDY FOR BOTH THE SITUATIONS
