Dear Sir,
I have filed an Application to ex-parte order on Defendant 1,2,& 3 after proper servicing, Def 1 is Landlord and Def No.2 is my Brother filed w/s & affidavit of reply,and attended the court after 43 days delay , but Defendant No. 3 my mother was not attended because I made her normal Party as she is residing at native Place and not able to come. The Advocate of Def 2 is making an Application for produce the Power of Attornry for Def 3 and and stop the ex-Parte Order. what application has to make to take ex-parte orders for Defendant No. 1 & 3, Please suggest me. I have filed suit as Plaintiff in person.I made Application for Injunction and Deposit of Rent in R.A.D. Suit. the suit filed by Plaintiff in person

If the defenadants apear and seek to contest the suit by filing WS, the the order for es parte hearing would be vacated.
The law does not support ex prate hearing and it always want contested hearing.
