My father's sister aquire our Flat from 20 years till now .she dump few
things along with two cuburred .all the documents are in father's name.but she is claiming on the basis of income earn from joint property to purchase flat.but my father was working in govt also had share in joint property income.please help

You mean to say UR father's sister was staying in a flat owned by UR father for the past 20 years. ok. Is UR father alive? Originally how did UR father acquire that property?

If the property is in the name of your father, he can get it vacated, consult local lawyer.

If the property is purchase in the name of your father then he can file a suit for eviction against his sister.

Since the property is in your father's name, ask him send legal notice to her to vacate and follow it by an eviction suit.
