Dear Experts,
What if a person/employee joins in the Pvt ltd., in the month of Jan 25 2016 and during his employment its been noted that Management which initially promises to all employees that Management will issue Offer Letter to everyone, then later forgot its promises, even HR is also not that much serious to issue to all employees, looking to the such conditions and due to no proper cordination in its planning, execution, delay in salary payment, deductions in salary for late payment, etc. Some employees left the organisation. But now the question is still management is not serious about of releasing of salary to those who left. How such employees can recover his salary for the number of days he served in the Company. Any rights to him to get the justice.
Please advise sirs...

Mr. Vithal,
I wonder, if the employees join a company without even offer letter, what to say of appointment letter!
Not only that,it is a matter of more wonder for anyone, being an Accounts Manager, how you regulate the pay of the employees without any formal order and don't insist the HR to send formal appointment orders of the employees?
Needless to emphasize, if an employee joins a company and you are responsible to get the accounts of the company maintained, you have not to see only 2+2=4, but have also to act like a watchdog, why another two appears in your accounts and ask the HR,as to why no formal orders have been issued to regulate that expenditure or liability.
Not only that it is not understood, how do you justify before the audit the expenditure or liability of salaries due.

Many Private Limited companies resort to such tactics. How any employee can prove that he worked for the company in the absence of even offer letter? Fighting for days salary with such companies is nothing but waste of time and money.
