Reg:cs collecting

Good Evening Sir,
In my case I/O had submitted 498a Charge Sheet in court of law just 2 days back and now I want collect a copy for my reference so, pls kindly suggest me what is the procedure and process and how much fee and what type of forms need to submit for collecting a copy of charge sheet.

If you are accused person in the case then you are entitled to get a copy of the CS at free of cost. Get in touch with the concerned court staff.
Another option is to apply for certified copy which involves some amount of cost.

It seems that you are accused in that case so wait for the next date of hearing when you shall be provided with one copy free of cost by concerned court under your receipt in writing.
