In civil suit for injunction application has to be made for appointment of commissioner,what should be the points in application and what is the fees to be paid.

Court may fix the fees for the LC.

Fee for the Advocate commissioner will differ from court to court.

for the lower courts it will be very low and for higher courts, it will high.

While the appointment is made the court will also pass an order to remit the fee for the Advocate commissioner.
