Regarding agreement to sell

Respected Sir,

I purchased a flat from allottee which shall be registered in the name of allottee after 20 year. But now authority has an agreement to sale with allottee.

If I shall an agreement to sale with allottee and get agreement to sale registered, can allotee do any implication, if no, can the property be registered me after 20 years without involving of allotee.

Please help me.

contact a local lawyer . necessary to go through agreement entered into by authroity with allottee . does it enpower allottee to sell the said flat ? whether any transfer charges or prior permission is necessary for sale by allottee
