Sir,
1) Whether a contractor can register in a firm name in Tamil Nadu Highways Dept.? What is the procedure?Should this firm be registered in govt or no need?

2) Whether this company can authorize some one to participate or sign agreement?

3)Whether this person can file vigilance complaint against an official without consent or knowledge of the firm?

2. Company can through board resolution.

3. State full facts. A person can send complaint if merits exist.
