Dear Sir,
Greetings.
My father owns a house in guntur.Both my father and mother expired.To reconstruct existing house,I applied for bank loan with all the necessary documents.As the property documents are old and are getting spoiled,I laminated them and now bankers are rejecting as they are laminated.
Please let me know the process what should I do now to get rid of the problem.
The house is constructed 35 years back and I have my sister also.What is the process to get full property on my name.

have you made mutation of property in yours and sisters name . i presume your fathe died intestate . since you and your sisters are the only legal heirs make application for mutation of property in your names . in case necessary obatin legal heriship certifcate or succession certifcate

Your sister shall have to release her share in the property in your favour by way of a registered release deed and its mutation is further required to be entered in the municipal record and then only bank shall be ready to treat you owner of the entire property. Lamination is not the problem.
