Hi i am mohan, am going to get love marriage, through legal procedures, becoz of my fiancée parents are not accept our love so i decided for court marriage. if i going for that what is the legal procedures and how much rupees need to do that, if any problem comes by my fiancée parents what i will do, becoz of they are very rich when compare than me... please please please......... suggested to me pls..... rite now am facing lot problems.

if both of u r hindu than solomnize ur marriage asper hindulaw or go to aaryyasamazand marry accordingly. register ur marriage underthe provision of registration of marrige act.than submittaplication t the concern police authority to provide you and your family safeguard in light of judgment general direction issued by apex court in case of latasinghversus state of up.BETTER TAKE ASSISTENCE OF ANY LAWYER OF UR VECINITY.GOODLUCK

Thanks for good suggestions first of all.
Surely I will invite them that's my pleasure if they accept I mean without any against. why i am saying bcoz i already gone to my fiancée home and spoked to her parents directly and requested them very kindly manner but they are against me & i get hurting through their talking.

For court marriage, no rituals.
You have to go to registrar office and give notice of marriage, which would be displayed on notice board for 30 days.
Thereafter you can get married in the presence of 3 witnesses.

they only parents of girl., they will hurt you., your lady may know something about you.,
but what they know about you.,? so their fear is right one.. some love married couples may succeed., but some body failed know., so their fear by that some failure couples., thats parent's nature
