Hello, can anyone tell me that 15 year old property in B-Block, sudershan park, new delhi , 110015 comes under demolish property and if comes what MCD can in future.

If constructed illegally without due approvals of the competent authority in in an unapproved colony that can be demolished any time by the MCD.

So, you have to check all these things from the documents available with you and discuss in person with any expert on property laws to avoid your sunderban park becoming a dirty, dusty and garbage filled jungle.
