Hi All,
rape case under false promise of marriage registered against me by my girl friend.
i got anticipatory bail from HC. When i went to police station officers scared me a lot that the girl have given lot of proof against me..(i,e.. facebook chats, emails and text msgs in her mobile) and told me to compromise with the girl but i dont want to marry her bcoz she is not good always she used to threaten me that she will die and will make my name as in her death note.. and my parents are not accepting her...
only once i went to police station then they told me come after a week now we have filled an affidavit that police officers are torturing me..also applied for regular bail.. now police officers sent an anti report to court against me that i m leading the investigation in wrong way and i am not co-operating... and they want my custody for investigation.. now i am scared because of this is my AB will be cancelled?
also yesterday i fought with some guy for a reason and he had little physical injury.. now if he fill complaint against me is that also will effect to my AB cancellation...?
Please suggest what should i do..? to escape from police custody..

coperate with police . inform ythe court that cops have never called you for investigation . you are ready to bvisit the police station as and when required .

Thanks sir for your suggestion....
the girl have all the chat history where it will prove we had physical realtionship..
I dont want to marry her as my parents are not allowing me...
I have medical report that once she attempted to suicide taking sleeping tablets.. is that helps me that she used to threaten me and so i dont want to marry her like that.. or any other way me to win this case... as also she given the reason as she belongs to sc caste so that i and my family refusing to accept her..

You have to prove that she has consented for the physical relationship

Thanks to all for your suggestion..
It was her consent only later we planned about marriage.. but my parents are not accepting her also because of my parents she also started to torture me..
if i retrieve the text msgs of my no from service provider on court order.. is that will show all msgs that i sent to other girls also or it will give only conversation of me and her.. ? please guide me...
