iam in Bangalore iam doing PEST CONTROL SERVICE business iam not manufacturing any Chemical, just iam buying Chemicals from Market and using, its a PROPRIETORSHIP company i had registered it under shops and establishment act of the Karnataka state do i need to need any more legal thing or documents or its done, ny one from Bangalore can answer it

You have to comply :-

1. EPF subject to number of employee.
2. ESI subject to number of employee.
3. if you are providing service of pest control, then provisions of Service tax applicable subject to turnover.
