Regarding payment of cpf after dismissal

can anybody tell me plzz..is there any rule of getting the full amount ( with contribution of department,under CPF ) after the case of dismissal from government job...where all the recoveries put by department has already been paid...i have got only my contribution towards cpf,department hold their own contribution..plzzz help me out.. i am very confused..no one is sure on this topic..the lawyers with whom i talked they are saying that it is possible that employee can get full contribution..but i am not sure bcoz all lawyers accept the case only for money..plzz give me right information regarding my query...

You can file an application to the EPFO narrating your grievance for reddressal.

If you hire lawyers for their personal service, definitely they are going to charge the settled fee and this is not wrong.

So far as your query is concerned, I m of the firm view that you should go minutely in the dismissal order. if there is any clause of withholding of your EPF contributions then you should challenge it before competent court of lw seeking deletion of this punishment otherwise you are very well entitled to get entire share of employer with up to date interest.

If your organization was covered under EPF then make representation to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner of your area otherwise to AG of your State.
