regarding property entiltlement

Q: my Father having a house his own name and he donot want to divide a share of his elder son's family, because they (Elder son's family) are not living with their eldor son who is living seperatley since 18 years due to some serious frictions without taking any judicial help. And now My father does not want to provide any share of his property. Is it possible? Pls help

if the property in question has been self procured by your father i.e. is not ancestral property then your fatther by executing a will can limit the transfer of the same.

or

your father can exeute a gift deed in favour of some other person i.e. to whom your father wishes.

If the property is a self acquired one, your father can convey/ bequeath the property to any person he wish.

If the property is ancestral, then your elder brother have equal share as your father have
