REGARDING PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURE LAND.

Dear sir,

Please send me the procedure to be followed before purchase of agriculture land and please also send me the guideline of registry charges for the purchase if made in before 31 march 2011 and after this date i.e for the year 2011-12 both for male and female name registry.

First off all you need to be an agriculturist 31 March has nothing to do with change in stamp duty.it changes on 31 December.
