regarding regular study after job

Hello sir
I was pursuing my masters(MCA) and I took admission in the year 2016.After the completion of 3rd semester,I got job as bank po and now I have 3 more semesters left.I am clueless what to do now because many of my colleagues say that if I take extraordinary leave during probation period i.e 2years then my probation period might get extended and I may even face problem at the time of promotion.MCA certificate won't help me in any way because banking and MCA are completely two different streams.Help guide me

Was there any column in job application that required to mention any course/study being pursued?
If yes, and if you posted facts then atleast on this count there NO concealment or misconduct..

GO thru the service rules and probation period indeed may get extended if leave for said purpose is applied (under proper acknowledgment) and approved in writing..

To pursue the course is your call..
To sanction leave or not and/or to extend probation period is call of employer..
