sir...iam from hyderabad....sir iam tenant staying as TENANT ...but there is no rental agreement...next ...SIR ACTUAL OWNER WAS DieD in 1999...NEXT HIS ADOPTED DAUGHTER(X)...HAS GOT POSSESSION THROUGH COURT INJECTION ORDER THERE WAS DISPUTE CIVIL CASE ON SAME SHOP PROPERTY BETWEEN X AND HER COUSIN BROTHERS(Y)....LATER X DID UNREGISTERED SALE DEED AGREEMENT WITH NEW PERSON (Z) IN 2005..REGARDING BUYING OF SHOP..WHICH IS IN COURT....NEXT Z GIVEN ME SHOP FOR RENT AND HE IS COLLECTIONG RENT EVERY MONTH...LATER X CAME WITH INJECTION ORDER TO EVICT SHOP BECAZ Z DID NOT PAID TOTAL AMOUNT TO X..AS PER UNREGISTERED SALEDEED IN 2005...SO IAM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHETHER UNREGISTERED SALEDEED HAVING Z AS OWNER OR X.....BUT PROPERT IS IN COURT SINCE 1999.....TO WHOM I SHOULD PAY RENT TO Z OR X....BUT X IS FORCING TO VACATE OR EVICT SHOP BECAZ UNREGISTERED SALE DEED WAS CANCELLED....NEXT X SAYING THAT UNREGISTERED SALE DEED WAS CANCELLED WITH GIVING LAWYER NOTICE TO Z....BUT Z IS SAYING UNREGISTERED SALE DEED IS NOT CANCEL....BUT X IS SAYING UNREGISTERED SALE DEED TO Z IS CANCELLED BECAZ HE (Z)DID NOT FULL FILL TERMS WITH IN LIMITATION ACT....3 YEARS.....NEXT PROPERTY IS DISPUTE BETWEEN X AND Y SINCE 1999..SO LET ME KNOW X WORDS ARE TRUE OR FALSE....UNREGISTERED SALEDDED CAN BE CANCELLED BY GIVING LAWYER NOTICE TO Z....

X continues to be owner of shop . Z has failed to pay full consideration . you have to pay rent to X if he is willing to accept the same . better ask for court directions in the matter . you can deposit rent in court
