Regarding the booking amount

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a booked a flat in construction linked plan, when we late to pay the payment, builder will charge interest on that, but, builder was not complete his project, last three year.
Please give me suggestion, what can i do against him legal action.

IF YOU WANT YOU CAN DISSOLVE THE AGREEMENT THROUGH GIVING LEGAL NOTICE DUE TO HIS NON PERFOMANCE IN HIS PART. oTHERWISE YOU CAN CLAIN INTGEREST FOR YOUR MONEY AND YOU CAN CLAIM COMPANSATION ALSO
