You wish to be a supreme court lawyer when you finish your law course.

That is a statement. Ok. Good luck. Let your wish come true.

Where is your question? What details (that too complete detail) that you want?

Dear Anonymous,
Sorry to inform you that Lawyer is not eligible to practice in the Supreme Court.

You complete your law first then raise any query for your future plan.

Dear Mr. Shailesh,
I am afraid you are not correct when you say that "Lawyer is not eligible to practice in the Supreme Court."
I do not know what is the basis for your saying so?
Please clarify.
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 05 September 2011
i mean 'Advocate' is eligible to practice to the court. Not 'Lawyer'. Am i right ?

dear friend, first complete your LLB sincerely.

as far as practice is concerned, its not advisable that you should jump to SC directly, after completing LLB work in some District Court for a few years to get conversant with the actual procedure....if you are not able to read a lower court file then what the hell you will do in SC?
