my client produced the teeth powder for the teeth for the daily use of for the teeth clean
Now he would like to launch this product in the market now what legal procedure should be adopted by him for his product like the trade mark and copy right
Pls inform the procedure and pls give me website address of it and also provide the details of it regards

Dear Anonymous,
Trademark and copyright are not a subject to be taught in this Forum.
Since your friend needs urgent help to obtain trade mark and copyright you better advise him to approach a Lawyer to get professional help. This will be good for him in the long run.

Pls note it is not teeth powder - it is TOOTH POWDER and it is always for "tooth clean" and for "daily use" only.
