Regarding to testament from father property

Sir, i want to know about the testament of my father property. i have two children of my parents. i have a single son of my parent and now i am married & father's of 3 children, and my younger sister should be married. But my father dropped me of my Uncle when i was 13 years old. but now, my father stay with me. I ask you that, have i rights to my father property. Because, recently Bombay High Court had given the judgement that, the dropped child do not claim the Bio-logical parent property on 30.11.2012.

If you have been adopted by your uncle then you have no right in the properties of your biological father but have full right in the adopted father's property.
