Regarding to the property

(Querist) 13 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
respected sir my father had purchased the property from the seller before 18yrs which is totally constructed that is 14*40 as per muncipality 17*40 the total area is constructed and a bathroom which is not registerd under the saledeed know the previous owner(owner 2) who sold the property to our seller(owner 1) who sold the property before 20 years is claming the bathroom
& passage as common passage by filing the false suit that we have constructed the bathroom & kept the door when they weere not in the station which is in the single roof & it is bounded totally before 28years it self we have video of the marriage of the son of owner (owner 1)which was arranged in our house it self before 18 yrs that proves thet we had not contructed before 1 year know we dont know how to claim the land if u give any ideaa i will be hope full to u they the owner 1 had given total concern when the owner 2 constructed the house when we enterd the house the suit filed by the owner 1 is totally false & he wanted to demolish the house which is in the single roof please help us thankyou

A seller cannot provide better rights to the buyer. so if your seller had given the constructed bathroom to you even though it do not form part of your registered sale-deed, nothing can be done against you at such belated stage.

You are looking for a reply to plaint as you need to file WS.

Such precise advice can be advanced only by a person who examines the plaint,the two deeds and also spot.
